These Terms and Conditions of Use, hereinafter referred to as the “TCU”, are intended to define the legal framework governing the provision of the website and services by LUXURY BEAUTY FRANCE, as well as the conditions of access to and use of the services by the User.

These TCU are available on the website under the “Terms and Conditions of Use” section.

Any registration on or use of the website implies the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of these TCU, without restriction or reservation. By ticking the box provided for this purpose during registration, each User expressly accepts these TCU.

If the User does not accept these TCU, they must refrain from accessing the services offered by the website.

LUXURY BEAUTY FRANCE reserves the right to amend these TCU unilaterally at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time the website is used.

ARTICLE 2 – ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE

As part of its business activities, LUXURY BEAUTY FRANCE offers the online sale of perfumes and beauty products intended for natural persons through its website www.luxury-beauty.com.

The website is accessible free of charge from anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service, including computer equipment, software, and Internet connection costs, are borne exclusively by the User.

FREE ACCESS WITHOUT A PERSONAL ACCOUNT

The User may make a purchase on the website without being required to create a customer account. The User only provides the information necessary for the validation, payment, and shipment of the order, namely last name, first name, address, and email address.

The User is required to provide truthful and accurate information and is responsible for keeping it up to date.

A User without an account does not have access to certain services, such as order history or website messaging.

ACCESS WITH A PERSONAL ACCOUNT

If the User wishes to create an account, they must complete the registration form provided during the order process. The User chooses a username and password and undertakes not to disclose them to third parties. The User shall be solely responsible in the event of fraudulent use of their login credentials.

The User may unsubscribe at any time from their personal account or by writing to contact@luxury-beauty.com. Unsubscription shall become effective within seventy-two (72) hours.

Account deletion results in the deletion of all associated personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations.

LUXURY BEAUTY FRANCE reserves the right to suspend or close a User account in the event of non-compliance with these TCU, following prior notice.

FORCE MAJEURE AND MAINTENANCE

Any event resulting from force majeure that causes a malfunction of the website or server, as well as any interruption for maintenance, shall not give rise to liability on the part of LUXURY BEAUTY FRANCE.

The User agrees not to hold the publisher liable for any interruption or suspension of service, even without prior notice.

ARTICLE 3 – COLLECTION AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Users’ personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended.
